These terms of service apply to any use of the Primonto platform (website and application) and to all agreements concluded between PRIMO TECHNOLOGIES ZF-LLC and the user (Job seeker, Employer or Housing provider).

By using the platform, you expressly agree to these terms. Deviations are only valid if confirmed by us in writing.

3. Services

Primonto provides an online platform that aims to:

• Connect international workers with employers.
• Facilitate housing for workers through partners.
• Provide administrative support for the recruitment process.

Primonto acts here as an intermediary and facilitator. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Primonto is not a party to the employment contract between employer and worker, nor to the rental agreement between tenant and landlord.

4. Registration and Account

To use certain functionalities, you must create an account. You are obliged to:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
• Keep your login details confidential and not share them with third parties.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect misuse of your account.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or delete accounts if we suspect that these terms are being violated or in case of fraudulent use.

5. Use of the Platform

Users are prohibited from:

• Posting content that is discriminatory, offensive, unlawful or misleading.
• Distributing viruses, malware or other harmful software.
• Collecting (scraping) data of other users without permission.
• Using the platform for commercial purposes that do not align with Primonto's purpose (e.g. spam).

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the platform (including software, designs, logos, texts) belong to PRIMO TECHNOLOGIES ZF-LLC or its licensors. It is not permitted to copy, modify or make public parts of the platform without prior written permission.

7. Liability

Although we strive for optimal operation of the platform:

• We do not guarantee that the platform is available error-free and uninterrupted at all times.
• We are not responsible for content posted by users (e.g. vacancies, profiles).
• We are not liable for conflicts arising from agreements (employment or rental) concluded via the platform.

Our liability is in all cases limited to direct damage and, to the extent permitted by law, to the amount paid out in the relevant case by our liability insurance, or to the amount of the fee the user has paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

For services for which payment is due (for example for employers), the rates as stated on the platform at the time of purchase apply. Payments must be made within the set term. In the event of late payment, PRIMO TECHNOLOGIES ZF-LLC reserves the right to suspend the service.

9. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you agree to this processing.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms of service are governed exclusively by the law of the United Arab Emirates.

Disputes arising from or related to these terms will be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

11. Changes

PRIMO TECHNOLOGIES ZF-LLC has the right to amend these terms. The amended terms take effect from the moment of publication on the platform. We advise you to consult this page regularly.
